Though traditional breakfasts still have a place in the hearts and stomachs of Dubliners, quick bagel breakfasts have gained a lot of ground. One of the most popular stops for a quick workday or leisurely weekend breakfast is Itsa Bagel, where nine bagel flavors are imported directly from New York. The breakfast bagel sandwiches are the biggest hits and are filled with egg, sausage, and tomato relish or smoked salmon, capers and red onion. Part of the Epicurean Food Hall, a grouping of specialty stalls offering Asian spices, fish, cheeses and pastries with one central seating area. Itsa Bagel also offers huge bagel sandwiches that people queue up for at lunchtime. The Reuben on pumpernickel is popular.
