This casual, fun restaurant is perched atop the Powerscourt Centre, which houses some of the best shopping in Dublin. At Blazin' Salads, customers walk through a fast moving line and choose a main dish from the list of daily specials and then choose two salads. You may be tempted to get a plate of four salads though, as there are so many tempting choices, including pasta-based salads, couscous, potato, tomato, and other variations, all well-spiced and filling. Lots of meatless options, as well. The atmosphere is fun, with movie posters lining the walls and plenty of room inside or on the deck overlooking the mall's center square. Great desserts, too!
